CALL TO ORDER

President Salter called the meeting to order at 9:05 a.m. Secretary Schersten was present.

ROLL CALL

Upon roll call, Trustees Barnes, Beals, Heggem, Illian, Salter, Schersten, and Zuckert were physically present.

PRESIDENT’S REPORT

ADJOURNMENT TO EXECUTIVE SESSION

Trustee Salter moved, seconded by Trustee Illian, to adjourn to executive session at 9:20 a.m. for the purpose of discussing the appointment, employment, compensation or performance of particular employees. The results of the roll call were:

AYE: Barnes, Beals, Heggem, Illian, Salter, Schersten and Zuckert

NAY: None

ABSTAIN: None

ABSENT: None

MOTION CARRIED.

RECONVENE TO PUBLIC SESSION

President Salter reconvened the special meeting at 12:05 p.m.

DIRECTOR SEARCH

Discussion focused on the methodology and the timeline for selection of a new Library Director. Decision was made to have another special meeting on February 27, 2007, at 10:00 a.m.

ADJOURNMENT

President Salter declared the meeting adjourned at 12:45 p.m.
