Join Susan Grossinger, Advocate Good Shepherd Hospital's Older Adult/Senior Advocate Coordinator to learn the risk factors for falling and how to take control to prevent it!

Ellin Learned, Registered Dietitian, from AgeOptions, will teach participants how to eat healthier by using simple guidelines. Find out how to choose foods low in saturated fat, sodium and calories and how to sort out information and misinformation in the media. Meal tips, healthy snack tips and recipe substitutions will also be discussed.

Join an online session with an Ancestry trainer to get an introduction to the basics of the platform and contents. This course covers basic content, functions, and features of, as well as tips for using Ancestry Library Edition. We will also try to answer any questions and show you how to access support, including help pages and documentation.
