Brainfuse JobNow! Palatine Public Library cardholders have free access to a new online service for job seekers called JobNow.
Brainfuse Online Job Service JobNow! JobNow offers live interview and job skills coaching, a resume lab, 24/7 access to career resources and a skills learning center. Coaches are available Monday - Sunday from 2:00 p.m. to 9:00 pm. You will need your Palatine Library card to use this service.

I'm confused. I signed up for Job Now. When I get into the site, it seems to be geared toward school. It talks about test center, language, tutoring, etc. How do I get to Job Now? Before I signed up, it referenced resume and interview help.

Submitted by SusanC on Wed, 03/07/2012 - 11:39am.I'm sorry for the delayed reply to your comment. We've verified that there is a problem with accessing JobNow from a computer outside of the library. We've reported the probelm to BrainFuse, and we're waiting for a reply. We'll post here as soon as we hear anything.
In the meantime, JobNow is available while inside the Library. If you'd like, please visit one of our locations to use this service.
JobNow is fixed.
