The Friends of the Palatine Library are hosting their Winter Fundraiser this weekend at the Palatine Public Library. They will be selling used books, CDs, DVDs, and more.

The energetic and dedicated Friends group has been a library affiliate for more than 60 years. By fundraising efforts the Friends have provided furnishings, materials and equipment that otherwise would not be available for use by library visitors and staff.

Friday, February 17

• 6:00 - 9:00 p.m.
• Friends members: no charge.
• Non-members: $5.00.

Saturday, February 18

• 9:30 a.m. - 3:00 p.m.
• Free admission.

Saturday, February 19

• 12:30 - 3:00 p.m.
• Free admission.
• Sunday is bargain day. Prices are reduced.

Guidelines for Sale Days

• Strollers cannot be accommodated in the sale rooms.
• Books set aside must be purchased. No setting books aside for later consideration.
• Electrical devices are not allowed.

Due to the large number of donations received, the Friends do not have time to check many of the books for value. Only books in good condition go into our sales.

The sale is constantly restocked until all the available items are on the sale floor.
