My Media Mall eBooks now compatible with Kindle!

Over 4300 existing eBook titles in the library’s collection are now available to be read on all Kindle devices or by using free Kindle apps for iPhone, iPad, Android and other mobile devices.
How to Check out a Kindle Book from the Library
To check out an e-book from My Media Mall for Kindle, follow these steps:
- Visit the My Media Mall website.
- Browse and check out a Kindle book.
- Click the ‘Get for Kindle’ button. This opens the Amazon.com website. You may be required to sign in with your Amazon.com account if you are not already logged in.
- Select a Kindle device or Kindle reading app. Click the ‘Get library book’ button and sync your device or app to download the book, or choose to send it to your device via USB.
- An active Wi-Fi connection is required for wireless delivery to a Kindle device. If your Kindle is not Wi-Fi capable or you do not have an active Wi-Fi connection, read Amazon’s instructions for transferring files via USB.
Whispersync Included
Kindle compatibility with library eBooks also takes advantage of Amazon’s Whispersync technology. If you check out the eBook again at a later date or choose to purchase the eBook from the Kindle Store, all of your notes, bookmarks and highlights will be preserved. The last page read will also be synced between your Kindle and free Kindle reading apps.

Returning an E-book for the Nook and Other E-Readers

1.) Log-into your Adobe Digital Editions account.
2.) Click the Borrowed button in the Bookshelves menu.
3.) In the title column, click on the book you want to return.
4.) Click the down arrow button in the upper left corner to pull down a menu.
5.) Select the Return Borrowed Item option.
6.) Verify that you want to return the item by clicking the Return button in the pop-up box.
Returning an E-book for the iPad

1.) Go to your E-book library in the OverDrive App.
2.) Tap on the book you want to return and slide your finger to the right.
3.) The Delete button will appear to the right of the book.
4.) Tap on the Delete button.
5.) Tap the Return then Delete button to return the book.
Returning an E-book for the Amazon Kindle

1.) Sign into your Amazon account.
2.) In the Digital Content category within your Amazon account, click on "Manage Your Kinde."
3.) Click on the Actions button.
4.) Select Return the Book.
