Northern Illinois LEGO® Train Club Exhibit, March 24 – 25

Northern Illinois LEGO® Train Club exhibits its one-of-a-kind LEGO train display at Palatine Library, free to the public on March 24, from 9:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.; and March 25, from 12:00 – 5:00 p.m. This creative exhibit features over a million LEGO bricks, 200 feet of tracks, and interesting city-scapes. LEGO lovers of all ages will be amazed at the brightly colored and detailed world on display. Watch trains pick up power on the track and travel past detailed vignettes that often get a lot of attention and big laughs. Enjoy all the sights, sounds, and fun of this unique exhibit. Located on the first floor in Meeting Room 1. All ages.

 

As part of the weekend’s activities, on Sunday, March 25, from 1:00 – 4:00 p.m., visitors can explore their own creativity at our Drop-in LEGO Building program in the Story Rooms. Meet the new Library Executive Director, Jeannie Dilger, from 1:30 – 3:00 p.m. while enjoying the Library’s LEGOs!
