Bid Notice: Staff Area Renovation

Notice is hereby given by the Board of Library Trustees of the Palatine Public Library District; Cook County, Illinois that sealed bids will be received for the interior, STAFF AREA RENOVATION of the Main Library Branch, hereby referenced as The Project.  This Contract is subject to the Illinois Prevailing Wage Act (820 ILCS 130/1 et seq.).

The Project shall be a single prime contract and consists of renovation of the interior staff area spaces of the building including interior construction and finishes, HVAC & heat pumps, plumbing, lighting, power, and low voltage systems; and coordination with other Owner’s other contracts for the relocation, reuse, and replacement of existing or new furniture and equipment. 

Bids Due

Tuesday, October 3, 2023 no later than 2:00 p.m. Central Standard Time, at the Palatine Public Library District, office of the Director, 700 N. North Court, Palatine, Illinois 60067.
