What We're Reading
Our book blog for kids. See more.
12-year-old Ava is a worrier. She worries about her grandpa, who lives in a long-term memory care facility and never seems to be happy anymore. She worries about math tests. She worries about field trips. She worries that she'll embarrass herself at jazz band auditions. She worries that her parents will get a divorce. It doesn't matter that Ava's parents swear they love each other; it doesn't matter that Ava studies for every test and practices for every audition. Ava simply can't stop worrying.
