All library locations will be closed on Sunday, March 31. We will resume regular hours on Monday, April 1.

Reserve a Room

The Main Library has meeting rooms, study rooms, and media studios available. Click on "By Room" or "By Day" to make a reservation online.

Meeting Rooms

  • Best for large groups or 11 or more
  • Only District cardholders may reserve
  • Requests must be submitted at least one week in advance and may be submitted up to 6 months in the future
  • Fees apply; see Policy Appendix 2B for details

Study Rooms

  • For groups of 10 or less
  • Rooms are open to everyone; only District cardholders may reserve in advance
  • Reserve rooms up to two weeks in advance for two hours at a time

Media Studios

  • Small rooms with equipment for media recording, editing, and conversion
  • Only District cardholders may reserve
  • Reserve rooms up to two week in advance for three hours at a time

Naming Rights Donors
