About This Event

Join Morkes Chocolate in a Taste, Touch and Tempering workshop where you will learn about the different levels of chocolate, history of their business and the chocolate industry. You will taste and then get your hands "dirty" and test out the professional technique of "tempering." Grades 7-12. Sign up required.
