Attend a special storytime followed by a meet and greet with the mini therapy horses from Soul Harbour Ranch. All ages. Sign up begins 9/11 for valid District cardholders. Held offsite at Twin Lakes Recreation Area, 1200 E. Twin Lakes Drive, Palatine.
