Flyer Request Form

  1. Read Palatine Library District's Use of Library Bulletin Board, Policy 8-4.
  2. Fill out the Flyer Request Form along with the requested flyer(s).
    1. Please allow up to 5 business days for us to respond to your request.
    2. Please note our policy only allows flyers for up to 30 days.
    3. Palatine Library District reserves the right to request verification of a charitable organization's IRS 501(c)(3) status and to refuse posting/distribution of materials from organizations which do not meet these requirements.
