Send us your 3D design, and we’ll print it for you. We will email you when it’s ready to pick up in The Workshop. For valid District cardholders only.

One file only.
100 MB limit.
Allowed types: stl, obj.

Guidelines

  • Cost: 5 cents per gram
  • Accepted file types: stl, obj
  • Print time limit: 10 hours
  • Print size limit: 9.84" × 8.3" × 8.3" (25 × 21 × 21 cm)
  • Filament type: 1.75 mm PLA
  • Printer model: Prusa i3 MK3S+
  • Default layer height: 0.15 mm
     

The Fine Print

  • Submit one file per library card at a time.
  • Prints may take up to 2 weeks to finish.
  • Completed print will be weighed (with supports) to calculate the cost. The fee for the print will be added to your library card. Library cards with $10 or more in fees will be frozen until paid.
  • We reserve the right to refuse to print any item.
