The Maker in Residence program at Palatine Library offers a fun and exciting opportunity for creators in the community to work directly with a local artist during their three-month residency in The Workshop. Throughout the program, the artist will host special events, including drop-in sessions and hands-on workshops.
This year, we invite you to be a part of this creative community project, where you can collaborate, learn, and explore the world of photography. Whether you're an experienced photographer or just curious, these sessions are a great chance to develop new skills and connect with others.
At the end of the residency, we will hold a final showcase to highlight the work created over the past three months. This exhibition will feature both the artist's work and contributions from the community. The showcase will be open for visits throughout September, and we hope you'll be a part of it!
