About This Event

New StoryWalk® Project!
Tuesday, June 15, 10:00 – 10:30 a.m

For the fourth year in a row, take a walk and read a story with our StoryWalk® Project at Hamilton Reservoir. This activity is a delightful way for the whole family to enjoy reading while participating in an outdoor activity together. Made possible by a partnership with Palatine Library Foundation, Palatine Park District, and many generous donors.

Bring the kids and enjoy some stories together as we celebrate the unveiling of this year’s StoryWalk® Project, Señorita Mariposa by Ben Gundersheimer. As you walk along the path, pages from the book are displayed in permanent panels and direct you from beginning to the end of the story. Hamilton Reservoir is at 1037 N. Smith Street, Palatine. Registration through the Park District is required. Questions, call Karen Rude (PPD), 847-496-6239. Held offsite.
